This is an adult members site, and you MUST not join it if you are under the age of 18 years, offended by adult material or if it is illegal in your country or state to join an adult site.

The site provides the option for members to join under a trial basis, whereby a member can view three books during the first 24 hours of joining. After that time access will be denied unless the visitor upgrades to full membership by purchasing at least one block of credits. Access to our other stories is by the means of redeeming credits (one per book). Credits can be purchased in blocks of 10 at any time. The first such purchase will upgrade the member to Full Membership. Credits can not be refunded. Additional credits (in blocks of 10) can be purchased at any time.

Credits can be redeemed to enable a member to read online any of the ebooks we have currently available on this site, or listen online to any audiobooks we may make available. For each such ebook ONE credit must be redeemed. The related ebook is then placed in the member's download library from where it can be read or listened to online (as appropriate for the content type) or downloaded by the customer so they can read it on their own e-reader device.

1. Availability
   To use this site you confirm that you are of a legal age to view adult related material. You also confirm that you have not been previously banned from this site by us. As a trial member we have chosen three books which you are allowed to read in our online reading room for free during the first 24 hours of joining us. You may also look around the site to view the other ebooks and audio books we have available to our Full Members. Any member who divulges their membership id and password to ANY OTHER PERSON will be prosecuted for fraud to the fullest extent of the law applicable in the United Kingdom. We will pursue that member for the perceived loss of income we have suffered to the sum of the value of all ebooks on our site, multiplied by the number of accesses detected. Please note, to gain access to our Ebooks you MUST use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser.

2. Trial Membership
   This site allows you to read three ebooks we have selected for free for a period of 24 hours from joining us. When you join us you will select a member id and a password as well as provide us with an email address. We will send you an activation email containing a special link which you must click on to activate your membership. 

3. Full Membership
   Full Membership is achieved by the first purchase of a block of 10 credits. One credit must be redeemed by the Full Member to give unlimited access to each ebook or audio book on our site. Once you have redeemed a credit against an ebook/audiobook you may read the ebook online or listen to an audio book online or you may download the files.

4. Chargebacks and Refunds
   Purchased credits are non-refundable. If you claim a refund or issue a chargeback we will block you from accessing any of our sites and report your activities to the credit card authorities. In addition our card processors will block your card from all their sites and their security agents will have your card blocked against all major online retailers. We will pursue and prosecute anyone making a fraudulent chargeback both for the cost of the chargeback and the cost of legal proceedings. We also actively co-operate with the authorities in tracing and prosecuting any person who instigates a fraudulent credit card transaction. We WILL SEEK the maximum penalty applicable for ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES through the criminal justice system applicable in the United Kingdom.

5. No Warranty
   Fiction4All, those who publish on this site and those responsible for the hosting of our services provide no warranty whatsoever and all services are provided "as is" without warranty or condition in any shape or form.

6. Limited Liability
   Under absolutely no circumstances will Fiction4All, its suppliers, hosting service or publishers be held liable for any loss of profits or any damages arising out of or in connection with use of this website, howsoever those claims may arise, including negligence.

7. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees harmless from any claim or demand, including any fees made by any third party due to your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
